THE NAOL APP GUIDE

From first run
to fair rewards.

Where every drop makes someone jealous. Here’s how to keep the loot journey clear for everyone.

1. Create an account and pick your playground

Register with your name, username, email and password. You can start immediately; verify your email later from the reminder on Your Playgrounds. Create a playground to become its owner, or join using an owner’s code and wait for approval. You can also accept an invitation made for your email.

2. Record a dungeon run

Open Dungeon runs and choose New run. Set the dungeon and run date, paste or upload a screenshot cropped to the party list for AI reading, or add players manually. AI can misread names: review and correct every player before saving. Each account has 25 AI reads per day (UTC); repeating the same image in the same playground that day reuses the result. Add each loot item and quantity before saving. To correct a party or drop, edit that specific run; its changes do not rename players in other runs.

3. Keep your inventory current

Loot inventory collects drops from your runs and subtracts recorded sales. Set a vending price for each item so your team knows its current value. Check available stock before selling. Prices are per item; they are estimates until you record the actual sale.

4. Record a sale and settle the salaries

In Sales & salaries, select the loot, quantity and actual selling price. Review the party, recipients and payout amounts before saving. The app records the sale, reduces available stock and stores the paid salaries. Record a sale when the transaction and payments have happened—the app does not send in-game currency for you.

5. Review the rewards

Overview summarizes your playground’s stock and activity. Statistics shows sales and payouts. Member search lets managers look up a player’s pending loot and paid history. Use the fair payout queue to review who has waited longest.

6. Share your playground

Owners can rename the playground and manage team access in Playground Settings. Elite and Legend owners can independently enable Public Shop and Public Inquiries. Public shops list stock and prices; inquiries display players and their rewards. Keep a feature off when those records should stay private. Any plan can configure its own Discord webhook and turn activity logs on or off.

A few things to know

Switch playgrounds: use the sidebar dropdown to open another playground’s overview. Your browser remembers the selection for your account. Finish or close an open run or sale form before switching.

Owners and managers: each playground has one owner. Managers can manage runs, loot and salaries, but only the owner can change settings, invite or remove managers, or delete the playground.

Plans: Free includes one owned playground, five runs across owned playgrounds and no invited managers. Elite includes five owned playgrounds, unlimited runs and five managers per playground. Legend removes these limits. Joining another playground does not use your ownership allowance.

Discord: create a webhook in your Discord channel’s Integrations settings, then save it in Playground Settings and enable logs. Your webhook stays private. If delivery fails, the owner can retry pending logs from settings.
